The available bedroom is located at the front of the home and includes a semi-private bath with tub and shower - also being the bathroom for visitors/guests. The home's layout provides excellent separation and sound privacy, with our bedroom located at the rear of the house and a den situated between the two bedroom suites. The home is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence in one of Uptown's most desirable neighborhoods, with comfortable shared living spaces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of available off-street parking. The room may be rented furnished with a king bed and selected furnishings, or partially furnished depending on your preference. Rent: $2,250/month
