Fabulous house in Madison Park, Seattle for the academic year

I’m located in the Madison Park area in Seattle, 1 block from Lake Washington and a swimming beach, 2 blocks from a park, ½ mile from the Arboretum, and 2 blocks from 7 restaurants, a store, pharmacy, hardware store, banks, coffee bars, bakeries and more. The home is on the #11 bus line (1 block away) to downtown and Seattle University, and 15 minutes by car to the I-5 Interstate and 520 bridge to Bellevue. The University of Washington is close and there is bus service and it's also an easy cycle (1 short hill) . Light rail is a 15 minute drive or bus to Capital Hill. There is a parking spot for one car at the house and plenty of street parking in front. It is very well maintained with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower. There is a low maintenance private front patio, and a lovely, shaded back patio with small Japanese Garden with a fountain. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen with top of the line appliances. The neighborhood is quiet. Things to think about - the art will get moved with me, the small study is next to the kitchen and i just use a Shoji screen when i have guests, but you could also use the second bedroom as a study. The kitchen will have basic cookware, but you may need to buy a few things if you have preferences.
