The house is available for rent from June 25 - July 12, 2026 and we would like one group for as much of that time as possible. This is a beautifully renovated Victorian house with lots of space, 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a fifth bedroom/sleeping area on the third floor with vaulted ceilings, a library, a small office, and a large carpeted play area, including an x-box and play station. The house has high ceilings, lots of light, a back yard with basketball court, a huge wrap porch, back deck, gas grill, new furniture with attention to design, chef's kitchen, plenty of off-street parking, central AC, etc. It is a few blocks walk to downtown oak park with excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, public library, public pool, movie theater, ice cream place, and the train that takes you to downtown Chicago in 20 minutes. This charming house features a mix of cozy beds, including 2 king beds, a queen, a full, and a twin, perfect for families or groups. Four bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and the space feels inviting and comfortable throughout. Guests can relax in a marvelous setting that balances privacy and togetherness. Enjoy all that Oak Park has to offer when you stay at our place. This is a great place for a family to stay for a few weeks in the summer.
