Our wonderful family home is available for a year while we are away! Great location in family-friendly neighborhood near 3 universities, commercial 12 south district and Green Hills. Built in 1920, it has lots of character. It is well loved (ie could use a paint job!) so perfect for kids. We are using 1 bedroom as storage - available is upstairs master and bunk-bed room along with downstairs guest room. If 3rd upstairs bedroom is desired we can figure something out. Craft room/library could also become a bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer and dryer, along with storage space, in the basement. Screened in porch. Larger yard than you typically find in this area. Pix are it's current state - we will be back in the house later this month do so some massive cleaning!
