This has been our home for 20 years — the house where we raised our two kids, now 15 and 13 . We also have an EV charger and parking for two cars. Full disclosure: There will be a disturbance to our driveway, at some point in August or September, for 4-6 weeks. We are replacing the main sewer line for our HOA. It will not affect the homes, but the parking will be affected. Street parking is Available.
