Very cozy. Great space to de-stress. Friendly dog on premises. Due to the inevitability of snow on the driveway during winter months, AWD or 4WD is necessary. We would prefer is a tenant who works remotely, part-time or is retired. In addition, should be willing to dog sit for several months at a time in exchange for reduced rent. Ideal Santa Fe location, just minutes by auto to the city center, yet in a rural setting.
