I am looking for someone to rent my apartment for the upcoming year or, if that is not possible, the upcoming semester (I am also open to extending the stay into the summer). It’s a fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, conveniently located in downtown Toronto. This apartment is great for couples. Price: $2600, including all utilities (fibre optic internet/wifi, air conditioning, hydro, electricity, etc.) Location: - 10–15-minute walk from the University of Toronto; 15-minute walk from Toronto Metropolitan University; 5 minute walk from OCAD; 45-minute easy commute by subway to York University - Less than 10-minute walk from major hospitals in Toronto (TGH, Mount Sinai, Sick Kids, etc.) - Less than 5-minute walk from Line 1 (St Patrick Subway Station) - Super close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops on Queen St West and in Kensington Market Amenities: - In-unit (free!) washer and dryer - In-unit dishwasher - Renovated bathroom - Gym, rooftop pool, and sauna in the apartment complex Additional: - One bedroom is bigger than the other, so the smaller bedroom can been conveniently used as either an additional bedroom or an office space - Happy to chat about either semester- or year-long stays - The unit also has a balcony, a spacious pantry area, a huge closet in the main bedroom, and a wardrobe in the smaller bedroom The move-in date can be anytime from August 15th to September 1st.
