Other things to note * This is an apartment in a three-apartment building (tri-plex). * This apartment is on the second floor. There is one apartment below this unit. * The entire apartment would be yours. This is not a shared space. * There are ten porch steps leading up to the front door. There are twelve stairs leading up to the apartment. There are stairs leading down to the backyard. * Smoking or vaping inside the unit is prohibited. If you would care to smoke, please enjoy the fenced-in backyard. Lawn chairs are provided for your convenience. * The garbage bin is in the alley. To access, go through the backyard and open the gate. Garbage gets picked up by the city on Tuesdays. Guest access This apartment is approximately 1,000 sq ft, and the entire unit is yours. This is not a shared space. Other things to note Parking Notice The city of Chicago cleans Indiana Ave every Wednesday and Thursday from April 1st to Oct 31st. Follow these instructions so that you will not be ticketed: Tuesday night--Make sure you park on the east side of the street (the side closest to the building). Wednesday night--Make sure you park on the west side of the street (the side closest to the church). The city of Chicago will issue a $60 parking ticket for cars that are in violation.
