There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a Cal King bed. There are 2 additional full bathrooms in the lower living area and the second floor. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area and back patio with seating for 4 and a gas grill. In the lower level, you will find a cozy tv room, board games closet and antique games table. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil you may need, as well as a gas stove, microwave, coffee brewer and electric kettle. There is a rooftop deck with lounge setup, umbrella and a STUNNING view of Center City. The closest grocery store (ALDI) is about an 8 min walk. We have many restaurants and bars nearby, including Sidecar bar, Dock St Brewing, Sally Pizza, American Sardine Bar and Loco Pez. Transit to stadiums via the Broad St Line is roughy a ten min walk. The airport is about 20 min by car. Center City is about a 20 min walk or 10 min Uber ride. The house is convenient to all things Center City including Rittenhouse Square, Broad St, Walnut St shopping and dining and Liberty Place. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, great for work, rest or getting together. Parking is available on the street (no time limit) or on the surrounding streets (time limits apply, please read signs carefully to avoid getting ticketed) Philadelphia is a vibrant, diverse city with many activities, interesting places to eat and historical sights.
