Hi, Thank you for checking out my listing :) I’m an actor who has intentionally crafted the space to feel cozy and inspiring! This little home has been my creative sanctuary and I would love to find someone to occupy it while I’m away filming! It is a 5min walk from the gorgeous Riverdale park! Going for a morning walk, grabbing a coffee from Roosters and admiring the Toronto skyline has been a great routine to set me up for the day. The sunset from this park is also incredible! I personally walk and TTC everywhere in the city! This location is ideal for its accessibility to so many transit systems: 506 Carlton Streetcar across the street 505 Dundas Streetcar 3min walk 504 King Streetcar 3min walk 8 Broadview Bus 3min walk 62 Mortimer Bus 3min walk Broadview Subway Station 8min streetcar *street parking available on Blackburn upon request if you are a driver! This neighbourhood has everything you could need!! So many cute coffee shops & restaurants on Broadview and Gerrard! Chinese market to do groceries! Lots of convenience stores for late night snacks and supplies. Also a 5min streetcar ride to Gerrard Square where you can access bigger stores like Home Depot, Walmart, Home Sense, Food Basics, etc. The second bedroom is a convertible space and can either be used as a second bedroom or a work & chill space! The basement is more of a storage space with the washer and dryer there too! The back deck is quite spacious and amazing to sunbathe or do some yoga in the morning! I would love this home to support you in your journey while you’re in town - for it to be your creative sanctuary and a safe space to lay your head :)
