We own a triplex in Vancouver at the corner of Arbutus and 16th. The suite we have available for the fall term and the winter term is newly renovated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The windows are triple glazed so it is very quiet and there is an air circulation system. We are a Vancouver Heritage B home so you can still enjoy the warmth of the original radiators. Our suite would suit a single person or a couple. There is a single tenant in the middle floor and we live on the top floor. We are in a beautiful neighbourhood with the majority being renovated heritage homes. Our house is on the Arbutus Greenway cycling route. We are about a twenty minute walk to the Kitsilano beaches. Downtown is a 20 minute bus ride away and we have world class music and theatre venues to enjoy. Our intersection has buses going in all four directions so transportation anywhere is fast and easy. We connect to the Vancouver Sky Train system by bus and the Sky Train goes directly into the airport. The second bedroom has a horizontal wall bed so it is perfect as an office or as a place for a guest.

Comments: The house will be available each fall and spring. Spring dates would be January 1 to April 30. Staying over Christmas is an option this year and could also be in the future as well.
