Hello! We are a Greek couple and will be spending the month of October in Greece. During that time, we would love to welcome someone who will enjoy our home as much as we do. Our fully furnished 64 m² ground-floor apartment is located in the quiet, green neighbourhood of Rijnsweerd, perfectly situated between Utrecht Science Park and the historic city centre. Utrecht University can be reached in just 5 minutes by bicycle, while the city centre is only a 10-minute ride away. Two bicycles are available for our guests, making it easy to explore the city and commute to campus. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to three people and includes one bedroom, a guest bed, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and several comfortable places to work, including a large dining table and a standing workspace at the kitchen island. One of our favourite features is the private 50 m² garden with outdoor furniture and its own garden entrance in addition to the main entrance. It is a peaceful place to enjoy breakfast, read, or relax after work. The neighbourhood offers excellent public transport, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of free parking. The beautiful Amelisweerd nature area is also nearby, with lovely walking and cycling routes. We are looking for respectful guests who will treat our home with care. Pets are welcome, and we are happy to answer any questions or provide additional information before your stay.
