Berkeley Hills Sabbatical Rental AY 26-27: Fully Furnished with Views (5-Min Drive to Cal!) We are renting out our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-story home located in the quiet, scenic Berkeley Hills for the 2026–2027 academic year. The home comes fully furnished and features stunning views. Because this property is our primary residence, it is being rented out exclusively during a temporary academic sabbatical. Lease Terms: • Availability: July 15th, 2026 – July 10th, 2027 (Fixed term) • Type: Non-renewable, fixed-term lease. The tenancy will automatically terminate on the specified end date. • Occupancy: Maximum of 6 residents. Utilities (Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity) are not included in the rent. The owner will manage these accounts, and the monthly costs will be added to the tenant's rent payment. Tenant is required to maintain a renter’s insurance policy. This home is ideal for a visiting faculty household/sabbatical stay, just a 5-minute drive from the UC Berkeley campus. Displayed square footage is approximate.
