I am a novelist living between Athens and NYC, and this large sixth-floor apartment is an ideal place to write and rest in. It is quiet, right at the foot of Lycabettus Hill, yet walking distance to restaurants, bars, farmers' markets and the major attractions of Athens. Since it is north-west facing, the apartment also stays cool and comfortable in summer (and of course there is AC). There is an in-unit washing machine but no dryer, a dishwasher, a tiny bathtub (sorry) and a normal-sized shower.
