Cozy, Fully Equipped Apartment in the Heart of Feriköy

Available for the 2026–2027 academic year (dates negotiable: September 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027). This spacious and fully furnished 120-square-meter apartment has three bedrooms and a living room. We are hoping to use the small bedroom for our personal belongings, while tenants will have exclusive use of the other two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and is ideal for a visiting scholar, a couple, or a family. Please note that the room currently shown as a children's bedroom will be converted into a study/home office before the apartment is made available to tenants. Located in Feriköy, one of Istanbul's most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods, the apartment is within walking distance of Bomonti, Kurtuluş, and Osmanbey, and just a short trip from Beşiktaş, Taksim and Cihangir. Metro stations, buses, and other public transportation options provide convenient access to major universities, libraries, and cultural sites across the city. The Ottoman Archives are also easily accessible, making the apartment particularly suitable for researchers. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, bookstores, parks, and local markets while maintaining a pleasant residential atmosphere. The rent includes heating, internet, electricity, water, and twice-monthly cleaning. This has been our family home, and we hope to welcome tenants who will enjoy and care for it during our time abroad. We would especially appreciate someone who is happy to look after our houseplants.
