Our spacious, sunny and lovely home located in central Berkeley has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, living room, dining room, sunny kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher, a large deck and backyard with patio furniture, vegetable garden, and fruit trees. Recently remodeled downstairs with second kitchen, living area patio. Separate backyard piano + yoga studio / office. It's perfect for a family, but also a lovely space for a couple, grandparents or any visitors for that matter. WiFi, TV/DVD, Washer/Dryer. Great neighborhood and location - coffee shop on corner, walking distance to Downtown or Ashby BART, close to many restaurants and parks. We are a family of five, with three teen daughters. We travel from time to time often in the summer, spring break and over the holidays, and rent out or exchange our home. We love our home, and we love to share it. We love to travel and explore. We are open to rentals and exchanges.

We have a sweet, mellow middle age cat named Mochi. She has an automatic feeder. If amenable, her litter needs to be scooped once a day. Otherwise, we can set up for a neighbor to swing by to do it.
