We will be on sabbatical for the 26/27 school year (September to September) and are looking for someone to sublet our fully furnished apartment while we’re gone. We live in the most beautiful house in Minneapolis, in the middle of the city’s most vibrant neighborhood. Spacious 1st-floor apartment in a Victorian duplex two blocks from Eat Street in the city’s historical gay neighborhood of Whittier / Washburn–Fair Oaks. Across the street from the Minneapolis Institute of Art, a block from beautiful Washburn park, half a mile from the Loring Park neighborhood downtown, four blocks from Lake Street, three blocks from the Greenway. Literally the heart of all that is exciting in Minneapolis. And that's just the neighborhood. The house will take your breath away. Tower, witches hat, open porch, newly finished hard-wood floors, buffet in the dining room, spacious modern kitchen, charming vintage bathroom with claw-foot tub and 1930s-era sink, rooms on two sides have bay windows, an enclosed back yard with deck, fire pit, and garden. Really amazing. 1300 sq ft. Also brand-new shared washer and dryer, and exercise room. Gay friendly.
