Description
I’m looking for a trustworty tenant for my beloved flat, ideally for the entire period. At the same time, I would be very interested in a home exchange (room or flat) in central London from 19 December 2026 to 13 March 2027 — happy to consider part of this period too if the dates don’t quite match. A non-simultaneous reciprocal exchange would also work for me — for example, if you stay in my flat first (in September, October, November, or December). Please note: I can’t live with pets due to allergies. This flat is where I usually live, rich in books, art, and great design. I take good care of my home and hope whoever stays here feels genuinely welcome in it, I'm seeking someone who appreciates an apartment with a unique interior in a lively environment. I simply ask that you're a quiet, non-smoking guest - the building is truly peaceful. And due to allergic issues I cannot accept pets.
