Beautiful Georgian flat in Camberwell

I work for NGOs as an organiser and my husband is an art historian, currently working at Cambridge but soon to move to Trinity Dublin. We are going to South American for 2 months over the summer before moving to Dublin in late September. We are looking for a sympathetic individual or couple to live in, and look after our lovely home in Camberwell for three months from July 27th - October 31st over this period. Until 17th September it would only be you there, but after that we will be back and forth and packing up our home to move to Dublin. Its a huge three bedroom flat spanning the whole first floor of a big Georgian villa which looks out over allotments and a wild community garden and woodland, on a lovely tree lined street at the top of a hill and South London's finest and most complete 18th-19th century street. We are looking to rent the large spare room, which overlooks woodland, and to keep our own bedroom for us. There is a huge living room with dining table, wood burner, sofas, a lovely kitchen overlooking gardens, with gas stove, and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other a shower. We have a garden which we love deeply and are looking for someone who would water it with sprinkler and hose and look after it, and enjoy it, over the summer while we are away.
