We're a French-American couple (she's American, he's French) heading to Los Angeles for work in October and November, and we're looking for someone lovely and trustworthy to make our home theirs while we're away. It's a bright, top-floor Haussmannian one-bedroom (about 45 m2) directly on the Canal Saint-Martin in the 10th, sleeping up to four (king bed plus sofa bed). Open-plan kitchen, living and dining with a table for six; Italian shower and in-unit washer/dryer. South-facing windows look onto a quiet courtyard, so it stays calm and cool even in the middle of the neighborhood. Fully furnished and equipped. One honest note: it's a top-floor walk-up with no elevator (classic Haussmann charm), so pack light. Available October 1 to November 30 (a few days' flexibility). We're looking for one person or couple for the entire stay, no shorter splits. 3,500 euros/month, all-inclusive: all utilities (electricity, water, heating), high-speed Wi-Fi, and a weekly cleaner. We're hoping for a respectful, tidy expat, professional, academic, or couple settling into Paris or here on assignment, someone who'll treat our home like their own. We care most about trust and fit.
