Central Dublin, Charming Cottage, sleeps 2-3

My cosy Dublin cottage (38m2 + 8m2 mezzanine bedroom) was renovated in 2018 and has an architect-designed, interior and hand-made staircase. My house is near many Dublin universities. 5 minutes' walk from NCAD, 20 minutes to Trinity/TCD, 20 minutes to TU. Nearby public transport will take you to many other institutions. I am a couple of minutes' walk from Thomas Street with many shops, pubs, restaurants and local transport links. I'm 12 minutes' walk to Heuston Station with links to Galway, Cork and many other destinations. The cottage is less than 5 minute's walk from the Guinness Storehouse, 15 minutes on foot to Temple Bar, half an hour's walk from Stephen's Green & 10 minutes from the airport coach. My place is ideal for two guests. There is a small double sofa bed in the living room, which can be curtained off for privacy. This is only recommended for short stays or extra occasional guests. It has also been used longer term for a child. I have a wood-burning stove as well as full central heating. There is a small yard behind the house with a small table and chairs: a suntrap on the odd occasion it shines... No smoking in the house (in the yard is fine). Please take off any sharp footwear (eg high heels) indoors to protect the wooden floors. LGBTQ friendly. References available.
