My stylishly restored 67m2 apartment is on the first floor of an eighteenth-century building in a quiet courtyard in the bustling centre of Marseille. There is one bedroom with a 140cm-wide standard double bed. There is a mezzanine with a large 160cm double bed in the living area, and one very small bedroom with a small double (120cm wide). The kitchen, bathroom, and very small bedroom were entirely renovated this year. The bathroom has a new shower and restored antique claw-foot bath. There is also a separate WC. In the kitchen the dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer and electric oven are brand new. The dining table seats 8. The large balcony has a table that seats 8, plus a small garden sofa. The apartment is a quiet oasis in the heart of Marseille, five minutes' walk from the bars and restaurants of the Cours Julien, five minutes from the Vieux Port, less than five minutes from the metro, bus and tram. St Charles train station is 15 minutes' walk away (10 minutes by metro) with links to Paris, Lyon and other major French cities. The bus from St Charles will take you to the airport in under 30 minutes. In half an hour you can walk to the city beach, Catalans. Marseille's many other beaches are a short bus or metro ride away. The apartment is available for stays from 1 week (€700), 2 weeks €1000. All longer stays up to a maximum of around 1 month are €2000 per month pro-rata. All utilities are included, as are sheets, towels etc.
