The closest underground stations and bus-stops are 5 minutes away. It's the perfect spot for exploring the restaurants, bars and cafes of Neukölln all short walking distances away. A popular roof-top bar, shopping centre, cinema and gym are just across the road. Two of Neukölln's most popular contemporary art spaces are also a walk away. Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, and several playgrounds are all within easy reach, through a stroll or using public transport. Our cat Coco, and an aquarium with our fishes will be here to welcome you. The rent has been reduced in return for their care. Coco is a low-maintenance, trusting and friendly indoor-outdoor cat who would only need to be fed twice a day and her litter to be changed. A feeder can be arranged for her and fish if needed.
