All mattresses are new and extremely comfortable, covered in high-tech mattress covers. Fully equipped and redone kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and quartz counters in an open floorpan - great for families and cooks! Induction glass top, full stove; full fridge. Kitchen has the basics (new Samsung induction stove with air fry, new Bosch stainless steel quiet dishwasher, new Moen disposal and faucet, double sink, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils) + extras like a KitchenAid mixer, a Cuisinart Grind-and-Brew, a Vita-Mix, a Cuisinart food processor and more. Front loading washer/dryer in kitchen area. Dining area has table and seating for 6, with a table that can be expanded. Easy and secure self check-in. Family and pet friendly, with a gorgeous park and huge playground right across the street! Walking to downtown is just about a one mile stroll - you can walk through the cute neighborhoods and down by the water to get across the bridge and into town (look for salmon in the summer/fall!). Wonderful outdoor space: a great yard w/ pellet grill, patio, deck attached to private office, and garden space. Yard care is included in the price. The private, fenced backyard has mature fruit trees, your own private patio, a garden space, and a new large private secured office sanctuary with full electrical (including heat and A/C), 2 desks with desk chairs, and a sofa. We've paid special attention to setting up a comfortable situation for people to work from home in this locked, fully insulated and equipped office sanctuary - it's set up well for Zoom and we had the high-speed Gigabit connection run out to office. **Our property is licensed by the City of Olympia as a short term rental, and we have a current Short Term Rental permit.**
