Description
This is my own space which I'd share with the right person. Ideally, a mature, reasonable person in the academic or medical field. Also, ideal if house mate owns his/her own house or condo so will know how to care for your own house. Cleanliness is a must. I'll be traveling most of the rental period. It's important to arrive before traveling to get acquainted with the house. You can also stay a bit longer after I come back. This is a very beautiful historical house in Jamaica Plain, Boston. I've been constantly updating and making this Houde beautiful. The only chores is to water my indoor plants twice per week and the orchid once per week and to share bringing to the curb and back to teh driveway the trash and recycling bins.
