I’m looking for someone to enjoy my beautiful garden 2BR/2BA apartment in one of the best parts of Santa Monica (near Montana Ave) for a minimum of six months. Located less than a block from Montana Avenue (full of coffee shops and restaurants), the apartment is just a short, straight walk to Palisades Park and the ocean. The building is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful ocean and Rancho Palos Verdes views from the guest bedroom. Located on the second floor, the view from the balcony is of our neighbor's lovely yard. Fully stocked kitchen with various electric appliances for those who like to cook. Two grocery stores (Whole Foods and Pavilions) are within walking distance. Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center is a few blocks away in case you need immediate medical care. For those working from home, a widescreen monitor that connects to your laptop is available to make your workday comfortable and productive. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, with a TV that connects to WiFi. Local universities include Pepperdine, UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, USC, and Caltech. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and renovated, AC and central heating work well. Shared laundry is done near the covered parking space. Pardon my mess in the photos!
