I am the owner of the apartment and moving out because I am relocating for work. Me and my Corgi pup have been enjoying the building which has a great community with many long-term owners and tenants. While in a central location, the apartment feels like a small oasis. I love the neighbourhood with a perfect mix of culture (BAM, Roulette, Center for Fiction, Brooklyn Museum) and "nature" (Fort Greene Park, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park) nearby, as well as a great neighbourhood community at local coffee shops and restaurants.
