We are renting our charming, one-story bungalow, fully furnished, 2BR plus a 3rd small BR or office, with an excellent backyard, deck and patio. The front has five steps and enters into the open living room and dining room, which lead to the kitchen with eat-in table and a back deck for outdoor coffee or lunch. Master BR has its own full bath and the second full bath serves the other two bedrooms. BRs have good closet space and there is a separate utility closet with washer/dryer. Hi-speed internet included. A separate office in cottage out-building can also be available. Rent is $4200 per month, $4000 for stays of 6 months or longer. Located in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood, close to good shopping on Solano Avenue, 2 miles from UC, easily accessible by bike or a 3-minute walk to a bus into downtown Berkeley. Ideal for visiting faculty or researchers with up to two small children. We are former Berkeley faculty, now on the east coast, but we return regularly and keep the house fully furnished and outfitted for our own use.
