Just a fews steps away from 2 bus line that will bring you downtown in less than 15 minutes, it is easy to find free parking on my street. You can also walk around the neighbourhood for great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and wine bar. We own the building and developped a great relashionship with the neighborg.
