This is a charming and light-filled unit in Roxbury, steps away from Franklyn Park. Located at the top floor of a 1930s Arts and Craft historic villa in the heart of Roxbury, the unit was freshly repainted and refurnished in full. The second bedroom is currently used as the main dining room, but can easily be converted into bedroom (or office) by moving the dining table to the large living room. The unit has plenty of storage, in-unit washer/drier, private patio and private parking, as well as a beautiful shared garden with vegetables and flowers, a BBQ area, and a fire pit. I am leaving for a sabbatical this semester and I am looking for someone who can take care of the place for four months.
