Stay with us in a quiet neighbourhood that is a joy to explore, minutes away from Vancouver's largest transit hub on Commercial and Broadway. The apartment is clean and well maintained and faces our backyard with trees and shade. There is lots of storage, including a walk-in closet. The iconic Commercial Drive has a great diversity of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is in our basement, so the ceilings are not full height: 6'6" or 2 meters. The natural light from the windows is a bit limited, but the main window looks out on the backyard and trees. You are welcome to use the backyard and there is plenty of outdoor furniture, including a work/dining table. We work from home often and are looking for a quiet, serious tenant for the academic year or part of it. We are quiet and tend to rise early and be in bed before 10. We are around to help you settle in and address any issues, and respect your privacy.

Comments: We are still setting up the suite; pictures do not reflect the final state (there will be lamps, pillows, etc). Some appliances (stove, fridge) are older but work well. We'll set up a table with two chairs for you in the yard.

Comments: This is a basement suite in our home. We live in the two levels upstairs. It has a separate entrance, access to the backyard, and access to laundry downstairs (which will be essentially for your use, as we have our own upstairs)..
