Family cottage available end Nov to start of Jan . £800 per week (minimum 2 weeks) inclusive of bills. £2000 for 3 weeks, £2300 for 4 weeks £2500 for 5 weeks. Very near Cambridge and easily reachable to London in just over an hour. There is a train station in village or you can drive to Cambridge in 20 mins. House has 2 larger bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with as small double bed. There are also 2 sofa beds. There is a strong room with 2 sofas and a tv, a kitchen, family bathroom (toilet, bathtub, sink and shower,) there is a washing machine , dryer and dishwasher. There is an outside cabin used as an office and writing space. The private back garden overlooks fields and there is a bar b q and fire bowl for when the weather allows. . Much of the cottage is 1800’s with some parts 1690’s and other parts being modern extensions. The cottage is detached and has a private driveway and gated garden with a driveway for 2 cars. There is central heating. There is an electric piano and classical guitar available. The kitchen is full equiped. There are 2 pubs in the village and a 7 day open coffee roasters/bakery within in short walking distance. There is a golf centre 5 minutes drive away, 2 farm ships and a small craft butchers within. Few minutes drive and several large supermarkets also within a short drive.
