I am looking for a thoughtful and responsible person or couple who would enjoy living in Terrazza Roya as a home rather than simply using it as holiday accommodation. The apartment is particularly well suited to a writer, academic, researcher, artist or professional working remotely, or to someone taking a sabbatical or a period away from their usual environment. It offers both privacy and a sense of village life: there is space to work quietly, excellent internet, two terraces, and mountains, river and walking trails immediately around Airole, with the Italian Riviera and Mediterranean coast only 15 minutes away. I particularly welcome guests who value beautiful surroundings, independence and a slower rhythm of life, and who will treat the apartment with the same care they would give their own home. Stays of several weeks or longer are preferred. A couple is very welcome, as is an individual looking for a peaceful and inspiring base from which to write, research, work or simply spend some concentrated time in this remarkable corner of Liguria.
