I'm a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame. I'm by myself but took this bigger apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, first because it is great, second in order to accommodate my partner as well as friends in September — and, third, hoping to share the flat and split the rent part of the year, especially when I'm away in October, November, and December. I moved in the place a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. I has just been renovated and is well equipped. It is spacious and quiet. The building sits directly on a new pedestrian and bike path to the University of Notre Dame - one of the most convenient commutes available in off-campus housing near campus. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Impressive amount of closet space, highlighted by a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
