Neighbourhood apt a streetcar ride from UofT

I am taking a sabbatical year and looking to travel for an extended period of time. I have a beautiful, quiet apartment that I have called home for the past year and a half, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the space and take good care of it—and my plants—while I’m away. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size pillow-top bed. The second bedroom, with a skylight window, can be used as an office, storage space, or a small bedroom. The apartment also has a large open-plan living room, dining area, kitchen, and office corner. Streetcars, buses, and bike routes are all right at your doorstep. There is a community centre and park just around the corner, and the neighbourhood is full of excellent restaurants, bakeries, cafes and vintage shops, making it a wonderful place to live.
