We are subletting our furnished top-floor maisonette for one year while we are in Oxford for work. The flat is centrally located, we sublet around 130 sqm spread across two floors. The flat A period building with high ceilings, plenty of light, and two outdoor spaces: a roof terrace and a balcony. Two bathrooms, a new kitchen, and good-quality furniture throughout. There is a piano, and you are welcome to play it. We can also leave you one or two bicycles, one with a child seat, if that is useful. The flat is fully equipped. You will not need to bring anything beyond your personal belongings. Dates and rent Move-in flexible from 28 September 2026 Fixed term until 20 September 2027 Minimum rent period is 6 months. €2,100 per month, all inclusive (utilities, electricity and internet) Base rent €1,500 The end date in September 2027 is fixed. We return then and will move back in ourselves, so an extension is unfortunately not possible. One room stays ours We keep one separate room of about 20 sqm for storing our personal belongings. It is structurally separated from the rest of the flat and not accessible to you. My husband will stay overnight in that room two or three times during the year on short trips to Berlin. We will give you at least two weeks' notice each time and work around your schedule. We would rather you know this upfront than be surprised by it later. Who we are looking for A couple or a family with up to two young children. Flatshare enquiries can only be considered to a limited extend, as the upper part of the flat is studio-type constituted and there is only one small separate room next to the kitchen/living room. We care a great deal about the flat and especially about our plants, so a green thumb would be very welcome. Non-smoking flat, and unfortunately no pets.
