Rialto Village with shops, pub, restaurants is a 5 min stroll. You can walk to Trinity College Dublin in 35 min or cycle for 10 minutes or take the very conveniently located tram for 20 min. Gym is right opposite and a pilates studio right next. A lovely cafe right opposite the building too. We would love to host a visiting academic or a professional while we are away.
