We have a small, modest, simple but very pleasant, warm, light, sunny, 2 br. terrace house in lovely quiet, green, safe surroundings, walking distance from city, universities, shops, restaurants & public transport. The dates below reflect the usual availability, but they are never entirely certain. The second bedroom is used for keeping our personal belongings out of your way, so it is in effect one bedroom only, but we are open to discussing this.

Comments: There is a 2nd bedroom. We usually store things you dont need in it and close it - effectively making it a one-bedroom space. But this can be negotiated. Also - it is listed as a house, but it is really a terrace/town house in a block of 4.
