There are five rooms located on the second and third floors: a main bedroom, and two other bedrooms, an office and a tv/play room on the third floor, plus a newly built roof deck. There are two bathrooms: one powder room and one full bath. The back door leads to a small garden. The front door leads out to a comfortable porch overlooking the lovely park across the street. You can't beat the location: we're one block to the shops and subway station at Bloor street, kitty corner from a bus stop on Harbord street and five minutes walking distance to the shops, cafes and street car on College street. Many of EnRoute Magazine's top ten new restaurants in Canada the past few years, including the 2021 #1 are within a ten minute walk. Queen street is within walking distance, as is the University of Toronto, the Royal Ontario Museum, Kensington Market and Chinatown. We're short transit rides to the Art Gallery of Ontario, Riverdale Farm, Casa Loma, Eaton Centre and St Lawrence Market to name a few. Five to ten minute transit ride to Toronto Western Hospital and the hospitals on University avenue (Toronto General, Princess Margaret, Mount Sinai and Hospital for Sick Children).
