Cozy little house

McGee house is good for a family with young children. It has two bedroom, one with queen and the other with twin beds. Bedrooms share a bath.There are games and books for children.

There is a big back yard, perfect for kid play, and a deck to sit and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is well equiped. There is good hot water, internet access, ample and good linens.

The house manager was very responsive, bringing fans when it was suddenly very hot. Also, she thoughtfully left breakfast foods and snacks for my late arrival.

The downsides are very low beds, a refrigerator placed so that the door does not open completely, and a washer and dryer that are virtually unusable because of the narrow place they are housed. Patio furniture needs attentioin.

I'm sorry you were not able to use the laundry. It is a fact that the dryer door does not open all the way because of the narrow porch where it is placed, but others have not found this to be a problem. I invite prospective guests to view the laundry porch on our website, littleberkeleyhouse.com.

In general, this is a small older house and was not built with modern accessibility at top of mind. We have not renovated it, so it retains its original pre appliance layout. Guests who have physical limitations should choose a different property.
