Marvelous studio in the heart of Le Marais in Paris

The neighborhood is a high scale village with beautiful shops, lots of bistros, cafes, restaurants and many historic sites and museums (L’ouvres). There is an open market twice a week at the foot of the building, on the courtyard site. The street becomes a bridge over the Seine (Pont Louis Phillipe) leading to, Ile St Louis, and then Notre Dame and the Latin quarter. The studio is sleek, comfortable and appointed to give you a delightful life in Paris. The building is secured with a glass door locked all day and night. there are only 4 studios in the building which has a nice, non accessible courtyard in the back, we are on the fourth floor (4 flights of stairs) with no elevator. The main room has a large closet, a chest of drawers, two trunks and lots of shelving. The two soundproofed ,windows open on the large and sunny street and your eyes travel all the way to the Pantheon as a side view…on a clear day. The bathroom was remodeled recently and is complete with a shower with glass doors, simple and elegant tiles, wall toilet and nice vanity. It has a small window overlooking the quiet courtyard The kitchen and in the bathroom wndows provide cross ventilation during warmer months and lots of light throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a two burner stove, a refrigerator, and a washer. No room for a dryer, but the drying rack works well for your daily laundry. For sheets and blankets, we recommend the laundry mat nearby. Walking throughout the City is wonderful as you are right at the epicenter and surrounded by historic sites. .You ,are near 3 metro stations and a lot more including the RER train if you walk or ride to the metro station Châtelet, one metro stop away. Many bus lines are along the Rue de Rivoli, one block away. Two taxi stations are nearby. Last but not least, A boat (Batobus) station at the end of the street will take you to the Eiffel Tower with many stops where you can hop in and out all day with your ticket. I recommend returning home at night as the ride along the Quais de Seine with all the illuminated historic buildings on each side is spectacular.
