Sitting room, with TV, WiFi, powder room. - All amenities (supermarkets, cafes, bakery, cleaners, shops) in the small city center, -One of our guests was a writer. We also had a young couple happy to have found a home with their newborn baby before moving to another town, another was in convalescence from an accident. This could also be abase to visit spectacular sites in British Colombia. - Car advisable but easy access to public transport. The area is also well suited for biking, - Spectacular beach nearby at Boundary Bay Provincial Park (new micro-brewery on site!) - 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, - 15 minutes from Ferry terminal for Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands, - 10 minutes to Tsawwassen Mills, a large shopping mall on the way to the ferries. - Reifel Bird Sanctuary in the next small town of Ladner. - Excellent and easily accessible Delta Hospital - Good Community Center, inside pool, gym, - Whister ski resort is a 3 hours drive, wineries in the Okanagan Valley are 6 hours away.
