This is a garden level space within my private home it has a separate entrance From the backyard , it has a Full size bed, closet.. dresser and writing desk with a comfortable chair for sitting and reading a book... This is a space for one person only for the full term of any stay... I do have a cat in the property So be mindful if you have allergies ... This is a non smoking home. There is Not a full kitchen available.. there is only a refrigerator And microwave, an electric teapot for heating water... Located in a common hallway just outside the bedroom So you can prepare A cup of tea or coffee and keep things in the refrigerator and anything you can do with the microwave go wave ...but there is no Hot plate or abilityFor cooking .. Beyond the use of a microwave

Comments: 85 pearl street is a single family home, I live here with my cat Tompkins. If you're in the city for pleasure or academia this is a convenient location close to mit And Harvard , 5 minute walk to the central square red line stop, Restaurants
