This Studio Apartment sleeps 1-2 people and is furnished with a full sized bed, desk, dresser and closets in the bedroom, a eat-in kitchen (4-burner stove with oven, toaster, electric water kettle) with a table and two chairs, and a bathroom with shower. Tile floor in the kitchen and carpet in the bedroom. It's a garden level studio, located in the back of the house, away from the street where it's quiet. Included in the rent is wireless internet access, bedding and towels. Street parking is usually not hard to find in this area. In the summer months, a minisplit provides cooling. A washer and dryer are available in the house for your use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and in the house. Our house is located in the heart of Cambridge, in the pleasant neighborhood of Cambridgeport, just a few minutes' walk from Central Square where you can find several restaurants, shops, and the subway train (Red Line). We are just 15-20 minutes walk from Harvard, MIT and Boston University.
