Option for desk in the room or in a separate area. All utilities & wireless internet included. Remodeled kitchen/dining, fully equipped kitchen and living room with DVD/Roku. House has lots of light, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, great yard with raised garden beds for vegetable/herbs, patio furniture, storage for bikes/skis/etc. Easy to park -- house is on a quiet side street. Lots of "green" features including skylights, energy efficient appliances, new furnace and AC (although AC isn't needed much here in the summer). I have my own room/bath on the upper level, so the two bedrooms are separated, very private.
