Half an hour from the beach and Santa Cruz Mountains. Built by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1940, the house is based on a hexagon pattern and executed in brick and beautiful old growth redwood. It is in 100% original condition, on a very secluded one acre lot that includes swimming pool, hot tub, and weight lifting machine. Fully furnished with original Wright-designed furniture. The studio has a full bath (including a hexagonal stainless steel shower/bathtub!), a view over San Francisco Bay, parking, plus access to kitchen and common area. Please note that the studio has two built-in beds, and that there is no way to put in a larger bed. Seeking single, mature, quiet, respectful professional.
