CONTEMPORARY, BRIGHT ONE BEDROOM & OFFICE FLAT W/ TERRACE AND VIEWS

This is an amazing flat!!!! It's roomy, sparkling clean and so well orginized we loved it. Each room opens up to a wrap around balcony and god send during the heat wave. The furniture is comfortable, kitchen well stocked with top notch appliances . I was here for 5 weeks and felt at home. The desk porters are very helpful, and friendly and the location is super. There are several tube stops within a 15 minute walk, as well as several grocery stores, shops and restaurants . The canal is nearby and a sweet walk to Little Venice. We enjoyed Regents Park around the corner. Lastly John is great !!!!

We had a very enjoyable four-week stay in this comfortable, attractive, well-located fifth-floor apartment.

The home is spacious, bright, well-appointed, well-equipped, and quiet. Large windows in the living/dining room look out over nearby rootops toward the Thames and Regent's Park; there are bus stops at both ends of the block.

The kitchen has modern appliances, and was well supplied with cookware, cutlery, and utensils, plus a generous supply of condiments and dry goods. There is a large double bed with bedside lighting and tables. The study has a desk and cost-free telephone land line. The apartment is spotlessly clean throughout.

Our landlord was most considerate and helpful, and responded promptly to messages.

This very comfortable, quiet and well appointed apartment was perfect for my sabbatical stay in London. It has high quality amenities, a beautiful view from the balcony and was a few steps to Regents Park, St. Johns Wood high street which made it a great setting for living in London. The furnishings were elegant, and the kitchen had everything I needed and the building was excellent. John was very responsive and helpful and I would stay there again -and again - if I had the opportunity.

I stayed in John's flat while I was visiting archives and going to academic conferences. It was a charming respite on a tree-lined street just a five-minute walk from bus stops and 15-minutes from several tube stations and grocery stores. The flat was charming, spacious, nicely accoutered, and sunny. It was also well equipped for cooking and doing laundry. John responded helpfully in less than 24 hours to my emails when I had questions. The house manager and his staff were also very kind and helpful. There is no other place I would want to rent if I am lucky enough to return to London for a month or longer.

We had a lovely 4 week stay in this apartment near Lord's cricket ground in St John's Wood, just near Regent's Park. With a decent living area and a study there was plenty of room when both of us were working at home. The apartment has a warm, welcoming feel, and the kitchen is well appointed. It was not really weather to use the nice balcony unfortunately.

John was very prompt and efficient in communication at all times, and gave us a comprehensive introductory letter to the apartment and surrounds.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from several Underground stations but there are several good bus routes closer at hand.

We really enjoyed our stay in John's apartment! It was beautiful, the neighborhood was fanastic, and John was so responsive and made everything easy! Thank you!!

We had a great stay in Blazer Court with John and Donna! The house was super clean and ready and very comfortable for our family! John is a great host and we hope to stay there again!
