Small cozy furnished room with private bathroom. Somerville/Medford - Location: 10 minute walk to Tufts campus, 13 minute bus ride to Davis square, 25 minute bus ride to Harvard square. 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, and down the street from a delicious local bakery. Very close to bike/ running path. 5 mins to highway 93 north and south. Perfect for working professionals sabbatical year looking to live close to the Davis Square/ Tufts area. This is a really charming with lots of character in the wood molding. There is an all season, enclosed porch. Friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Owner occupied - Well maintained. Parking space We have a small adorable dog- No fee - only first, last and security (half month) Cleaning fee $60 on departure.
