Spacious Victorian Home on East Side of Providence

Our home, lovingly updated and cared for is a block from public transportation. We walk to Brown as it is a pleasant walk in our tree-lined neighborhood. The house features a big yard w/ patio and grille as well as a wrap around porch. The modern kitchen is very spacious and like the house, in general, light and airy. The Victorian charm has been preserved throughout but the amenities are modern throughout (new bathrooms and recently remodeled kitchen). First floor features two living room spaces, one den with wide screen TV, bathroom, and a very large modern kitchen. Basement has washer/dryer. On the second floor there is a modern bathroom, an office and two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with two singles. The neighborhood is quiet and a stone's thrown from shops and an excellent bakery. The neighborhood is very desirable and our house an early example of Victorian architecture. The turret is a popular site. Wonderful spot for all seasons. Summer is especially nice because you have all the city offers with easy access to parks, beaches, woods, mountains. We cannot accommodate pets due to allergies.
