Studio+ in a small private house on Montmartre hill

I spent six months in Elisa's flat and had a great time! The flat has everything you need and the neighbourhood is lovely. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres, ... anything you would want is a short walk away. Elisa is very kind, always responded quickly to any question and made this my best rental experience I ever had in Paris. If and when I come back to Paris, the first thing I will do, is to check if this flat is available.

Charming, cozy apartment in a fun and historic neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants and walking distance to some other great neighborhoods in Paris. The apartment overlooks a courtyard so it is quiet and a good place to work. Elisa is very attentive and pro-active landlady. Enjoyed my stay very much.

J’ai séjourné dans l’appartement de rue de Clignancourt dans les premiers mois de 2020. Il s’agit d’un petit appartement mais extrêmement fonctionnel, avec tout ce qui peut servir dans un séjour de moyenne-longue durée. Le quartier aussi est très agréable et ses services (métro, bus, supermarché, laverie, …) près de l’appartement. En plus, Elisa (avec tout sono staff) est toujours disponibile et prête à aider: une hôte parfaite, pas de rhétorique. Je ne peux que recommander vivement un séjour au petit appartement de rue de Clignancourt. J’ai aussi passé un court séjour (20 jours en juillet) à l’appartement de boulevard Voltaire. Encore une fois, l’expérience a été excellente. Le quartier est fantastique, l’appartement parfait (tout le nécessaire et aussi en plus), les photos correspondent, deux grande fenêtres très lumineuses, grand lit ok, grande douche. Comme pour l’autre appartement, Elisa a été une hôte à recommander, complètement fiable et ponctuelle. Si j’ai recommandé le séjour au rue de Clignancourt, l’appartement de boulevard Voltaire est une occasion à ne pas manquer.

I spent 16 months in this confortable flat and I can assure that it's a really nice place, a small one-BR flat, fully furnished, well placed, close to grocery stores, markets, metro station and the Sacre Coeur Church (major touristic spot) - and though close to this busy urban area, is still very very quiet since the flat is placed in a secluded maisonnette off from the street. Although it's a 18m², the way the landlady arranged it makes it bigger than it seems. Internet is comprised. Yet, the landlady is a really easygoing and highly trustworthy person.

LISTING 9524: Between 2012 and 2013 I spent more than 1 year in the Village Ramey. The studio is on the 6th floor of a very nice building. The ambient is quiet and familiar. The studio is fully equipped, recently renovated, modern, luminous (there are two big windows) and clean. The telephone/tv/internet connection are included and work excellently (you have illimitated phone calls to an extended number of countries). It is just 18 m2, but you feel as you are in a larger ambient; the kitchen is separeted from the bedroom, so the impression is to be in a 2-piece. The studio is perfect for 1 person, and also comfortable for two people. The neighborhood is lovely, with a lot of bar, small restaurants, excellent boulangeries, supermarkets, open markets, etc. It is few minutes walk from two metro stations on the lines 4 and 12, so it is efficiently connected to the rest of the city. The building is at the corner between the typical quartier of Barbes and the historical center of Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. This makes the location unique as you can immerse in the real atmosphere of the city. The landlord (Elisabeth) is really a nice person, always ready to give you an hand in case of problems. She is efficient, direct, and very well organized. As a consequence, everything was very easy, from the first contact to the end of my staying. From my experience, I highly recommend the apartment to other people which are interested in spending sometime in Paris.

LISTING 9524: Everything went smooth, from early contacts with the owner through check-out. The studio is perfectly located in a lively, but safe, neighborhood. Lots of local food stores, markets and public transportation options just steps away from the building. Perfect summer rental for young academics/graduate students on a budget!!
