So far, staying at Tina's has been a pleasure! The facilities are well thought out and there are many necessities for day-to-day life with young children. The open-plan ground floor is a rarity in the UK housing market. The location is perfect for schooling, work, and even commuting and travelling.

A few minor queries arose in the first week, but Tina responded promptly, enlisted the help of a local friend and was generous in her approach to fixing things (had us order spare parts on Amazon and deducting the cost from the rent is an easy-going and pragmatic approach that I fully endorse).

This charming apartment is bright and modern while letting you explore Oxford from a central location. You can enjoy quiet walks along the Thames just three minutes from your doorstep, or walk five minutes to catch the train to London. The patio with a raised bed allows for relaxation in privacy and a little gardening. Surprisingly spacious for a compact terrace apartment, the room layout makes it convenient for family living. Over our year as tenants, Tina was quick to resolve any problems and kind to offer suggestions about the house and neighborhood.
